Before using Learn Gurbani, I didn’t know how to read or write Punjabi. I could speak a little, but I couldn’t understand Gurbani words. Now I can read full sentences, write letters, and even understand the meaning of some Shabads. It makes me feel proud to learn the language my grandparents speak every day.
I used to feel left out when my cousins talked in Punjabi or when we went to the Gurdwara. But since I started learning with this app, I understand more and can even speak better Punjabi now. It’s not just about Gurbani — I feel more connected to my family and who I am.
Writing in Punjabi was really hard for me before. The letters looked confusing and I couldn’t join them properly. But the writing practice on the app helped a lot. Now I enjoy writing new words and showing my parents. They are really happy with my progress!
